i figure we'll be doing foxtrot as the dance least likely to knock blindfolded people on their butts. though of course it's possible to dance swing to foxtrot music, if people who already know how to dance swing decide to try that.

tonight moominmolly and i went to the first-thursday-of-the-month lindy hop class-and-open-dance that oneagain told us about. we were totally over our heads. it was awesome! :)

we skipped the open dance part (and actually a bit of the end of the class). but we hope to go back in another month or two; hopefully after a lot of practice in between. :)

moominmolly got me a pair of tickets to see this show for christmas, but i had to wait till now for the performance to actually happen ( Read more... )
