I know I've said it before, but Lucy Knisley's webcomics rock my world!(and her graphic novel, "French Milk", about spending time in France absorbing French culture and deliciousness with her family!) Planned Parenthood Golden Gate, for whatever its faults or weaknesses, has really great T-shirts. I meant to grab some before they're gone, but now it seems most of the Really Good Ones are gone. Their fonts are clever. Their old "Warning: President Bush is Hazardous To Women's Health" shirt is sold-out.... I guess they've gone the way of "cute". ( Read more... )

Today I'm sure will be accomplishful. I've already taken a shower, and finished off this tube of hand lotion that I've hated the entire time I've used it. Still, I persevered, and now it's dead, in the wastebasket, and my hands smell like chlorine, because that is the smell of this lotion once it touches skin: chlorine.
