Zjen slinks in with a pitiful look on his face. It isn't his fault that he has been spending most of his time moping over the love of his life's impending marriage. It's a very time consuming activity.

"Hello, boy." Freyr frowns at him, observing the pitiful face and not liking the look. "I haven't seen you lately."

Zjen looks down, scuffing his boot on the floor. "Sorry, master."

"What excuse can you make for yourself?"

"Now don't you think that's a bit much? I never promised anything."

"Promised anything, dear sister?" Freyr asks, in all innocence.

"Drawing people in like that." She shakes her head. "Don't you like the thrill of the chase?"

"I prefer farming. Leave the hunting to your husband." Not that there's a tone of bitterness to that or anything.

"What is this about?" Armand asks cautiously. The golden couch and the distinctly magical pull all seem suspicious.

"A god needs worshippers, does he not? Else I have only a sister upon whom I can shower gifts and blessings."

"What god are you? I find that I am not terribly religious these days."

"Freyr, god of peace, prosperity, and fertility."

Draco is drawn in easily at the moment as he certainly needs some happiness after the last two months of being miserable. Even so, as he approaches his tone is rather curt, "Who are you?"

"Freyr, the god of peace and prosperity." Freyr smiles at him, welcoming, not minding the curtness.

"Prosperity?" He looks interested at that.

"Joy, fertility, all the good things in life." Freyr grinned, bragging a little, but that's also in his nature.

Well, he feels the pull, and it reminds him very much of his own God, Vkandis, and so he will enter the room, unseeing of course, and murmur,
"Lord?"

T: I never play him anymore, and he used to be monotheistic, so... he'll probably be easily convinced that Freyr is Vkandis ^__^

"Yes?" Freyr smiles and beckons to him, welcoming. "Come closer."

He almost trembles with the intensity of emotion.

"Of course, Lord." He manages to say, and carefully approaches, not wanting to appear clumsy or oafish. When he judges himself near enough, he falls to his knees in supplication.

It takes a moment for Freyr to realize he is blind, but when he does, he reaches out and gently touches the boy's face. "Why do you tremble, lad? Surely you know I am a generous god."
