After Freyja's recent display of power from her willing sacrifice, Freyr is feeling jealous and left out, and has accordingly challenged his sister to a competition. It is not a very fierce competition, at least at the beginning, but it largely depends upon whether you'd rather deal with a highly shiny male fertility god of peace and prosperity or

Well, he feels the pull, and it reminds him very much of his own God, Vkandis, and so he will enter the room, unseeing of course, and murmur,
"Lord?"

T: I never play him anymore, and he used to be monotheistic, so... he'll probably be easily convinced that Freyr is Vkandis ^__^

"Yes?" Freyr smiles and beckons to him, welcoming. "Come closer."

He almost trembles with the intensity of emotion.

"Of course, Lord." He manages to say, and carefully approaches, not wanting to appear clumsy or oafish. When he judges himself near enough, he falls to his knees in supplication.

It takes a moment for Freyr to realize he is blind, but when he does, he reaches out and gently touches the boy's face. "Why do you tremble, lad? Surely you know I am a generous god."

"More than generous, to appear so to me." His eyes stay downcast, more out of a sense of propriety, despite his impairment. "

"You know me?" Freyr asked, a bit surprised. "You do not have the usual looks of the North."

[sight_enough]

Which surprises him so much that he turns sightless eyes upwards, "You are not Vkandis?" He gapes for a moment before blushing furiously at his mistake. "My apologies."

"I am Freyr, god of peace and prosperity. I know no god Vkandis."
