I'm SO happy- after the better part of a year- I FINALLY finished History of Pagan Europe!

Too bad my hard drive crashed- now I have to go back through it and gather my notes again... but at least I've finally finished a book!

(only 2 more to go... Ugh. at this rate it will take my 5 years to finish my DP)

So, I have been having meditation issues. Not even in the shower… Nothing.

Imbolc is fast approaching and I find myself being more and more disturbed by the thought of it. We had decided last month that there’s just no way we could run a public ritual. I realized tonight that I meditate regularly and didn’t even know it…

I meditate in the shower. I realized that tonight when thinking on vision.

The study group that meets at my house every week has been working on the DP… I am not here for the meetings- I’m always off with the kids at their stuff, and NOT only on Mondays- but ALL the time.

Vision is an intricate virtue for me in that it encompasses so many other things… Vision is not just SEEING, but understanding and putting everything in perspective. It allows us to see the glass as half full or half empty in relation to other things around us. It allows us to enjoy our lives more by seeing how much we have instead of how little.

I LOVE this time of year… I love the cooler nights of sweaters and sweatshirts, and warm days of short sleeves… I love the crispness of the mornings and the dew covered grass.
