I will admit with working a few extra hours this week I haven't done the walks that I had been getting used to.  Saturday morning is one that I usually walk to a supermarket a couple of miles away, but its wind & rain this morning.  I am going to be a wimp about the rain, but really even if it was dry it is windy and my asthma has been worse this ( Read more... )
