...why do I do this to myself? So many papers, so little time!

What a joy half-term is. I am starting to feel like I don't really want to do any more maths courses. I think I might be maths-ed out! My friend, Sue, is also doing an extra one, but the one she is doing is MUCH easier. (We each already did the one the other is doing.) I am pleased to be sorting through my knitting, though I doubt I will ever finish all of these projects! It's nice to look back and remember where I got the yarn from, though...shame I can't remember them all!

On another note, this is just too, too cute. Yes, I'm a geek.

...and we've broken up for two weeks! Yay! And I'm going back to see my family on Wednesday for a week or so! Yay! And I got my maths results! Yay!

So. Yay.

Had a great party on Friday night where I saw lots of friends I hadn't seen in a while, plus some that I see often. A great time was had by all, and the celebrations went on until the wee hours of the morning.

My maths results are going to come out in 12 days, at the latest. I really hate this time of year. Patience is not one of my virtues.

I don't know what I did before I started playing. If I were rich, all I would do is play volleyball and do maths. Oh, and have lunch. I love lunch.

Seems like I am always chasing my tail these days.

Full-time job
Volleyball training twice a week
Bridge lessons once a week
Two exams in less than a month that I am trying to revise for...

...and I'm tired.

Annoying thing number 482: I keep biting the same part of my lower lip.

Good thing to look forward to: volleyball training is now twice a week.

Geeky thing happening: maths revision weekend this weekend! :)

With back-to-school looming in the background and maths exams looming in the foreground (though I suspect that should be the reverse, since school starts next week and the exams aren't until October), I find myself wishing I had a bit more time...needed a bit less sleep...had a bit more money...

...just like everyone else...

So, on Tuesday, I dumped a cup of coffee on my phone. This was seriously a tragedy, as I am completely addicted to my phone...I have been known (many a time) to take it with me to the bathroom! Anyway, I've managed to make my £8.50/month insurance charge pay off, so I now have a new phone. It's exactly the same phone, only a little more upgraded. ( Read more... )
