Sometime in the next couple weeks, my cat, Sicily, will have her 20th birthday. To illustrate just how long ago that was, she is named after the town in Northern Exposure. Still no dog. :( He is not at Animal Control. We are putting up flyers and trying other communication avenues. It's not looking good.

Our dog is missing. Kevin is out right now walking trying to find him in the neighborhood, and we're calling animal control as soon as it opens. We'll be putting up posters soon if none of that pans out. I do hope he's ok somewhere, and not somewhere hurt. He's taken off before, but never for this long. Spent a few minutes speed-reading thru LJ tonight, taking a short break from reading textbooks and class forums.  I didn't get near enough caught up on this weekend, even though I skipped church tonight (unheard of for me!). We've had many strays show up over the years, but this is the first one nice enough to keep. We're going to the vet Monday, and if he doesn't have a chip, we need to give him a name. Suggestions, anyone?
