We just saw Jonathan Kravetz's play Prayer at Pace University as part of the NYC Fringe Festival. We sat on folding chairs in the front row, and I was able to elevate my feet on my folding foot stool. It's a difficult play to watch, but I'm glad I did. This evening we saw Kululush at the Israel Film Festival. The theater was half empty for the 5:15 show, and I was able to find a seat with an empty space in front of it where I could extend and elevate my feet on my folding foot stool.

I just saw Mehmet Oz on Charlie Rose; I already eat a healthy diet, but I hope this helps those who do not:

You On A Diet shopping list

Oz said that one's waist should never be more than half of one's height. Sounds like a good guideline. I'm 72 inches tall so my waist should not be more than 36 inches (it is in fact 33 or 34 inches).
