Urg. Only got 5 hours sleep last night and that low level cold I have that pretty much went away has come back bids for higher status. Looks like it's back to the chemical warfare approach ;)

Oh, and I have my Psych appt at 1:45, so 2 and 1/2 hours away. Is going to interesting ....as always.

Feck! Got an appointment with my psych 2mrw at 1pm.

This should be useful, but I suspect it'll just be another waste of my time, not resulting in any counselling, a CPN, or an OT.
