So, Saturday was the funeral and burial for my mom. All the family,many distant family and friends showed up. Which was nice. Now my siblings have descended and are cleaning out the house. Which has to happen, as none of us need this big of a house, or can afford it ( Read more... )

Life has been going on since I last posted. My elderly mom is now in Hospice care, and we have a full time live in caretaker for her, and between the two of us we take care of mom. Mom is still living at home, but the end is pretty close. She is unable to feed herself, needs assistance to get in and out of chairs, and has to be held when she ( Read more... )

Bottom line, getting in better shape, blood pressure under control, and they complimented me on having great numbers on my blood tests. So overall I am pleased.

Today the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston had their grand opening of their new arts of the america's wing. Plus, free admission today.
