I totally forgot to mention this. One of the things being broadcast New Year's Eve was Robbie Kneval's stunt. This was probably the second case of seeing absolutely brilliant sponsorship that I've seen: The "Trojan-brand comdoms Safety Check." Brilliant.

Hmm...  Thanks to Travelers Insurance's cute commercial, I now know that rabbits can swim.  I dunno, I just never thought about rabbits in water before; call me ignorant!

Also, it would have made a totally awesome Super Bowl commercial.

Its jokes mostly hit with the only real part where they dropped the ball was being too specific in specifically naming Blu-Ray. Otherwise it stays pretty well within the duality they were aiming for.

Check out this pretty hip commercial for Square's latest video game... Brace yourself... Mario Hoops 3-on-3. Huh? Don't worry, there are still mages (both black and white), moogles, and crazy swastika cactus men.
