Oh dear. I don't think I've ever heard this song before. Actually, I can't think of any Exile songs at all, but judging by the video it seems it was some kind of collaboration between a young Kris Kristofferson, Nigel Tufnel, Darryl Hall, and some guy with suspenders. In 2000, forthright and I were living in a 6th floor apartment across the street from the Concordia library building. At that point it was still a fairly decent apartment, especially for the price we were paying and in that location - this was before the ceiling collapsed in, oh, 2002 or so and things became much less pleasant.
