One year ago today, my paternal grandmother passed into the next plane of existence. I think that if it wasn't only 2 months since we spread her ashes in the ocean, I would not be as sad as I am now.

Mom just called to advise that a few minutes ago my Grandma Donna passed onto the next steps of her existence. Dad was with her when she went ( Read more... )

So the infection Grandma had before is back, and has spread throughout her body. She is severely dehydrated and the doctors don't expect her to make it. My dad is on his way to Port Angeles tonight, when we have more information I might be going over to Port Angeles to see her before she goes.
