Ingredients
1 bag baby white potatoes (the kind in the mesh bag works great)
2 huge leeks or 4 smaller leeks (Whole Foods has crazyhuge leeks, so I only use two)
3 - 6 sprigs of thyme
4 links of pre-cooked andouille sausage
1 box chicken stock (I think the equivalent is four cans?)
whole milk
salt
