NEED HELP TO MAKE SOUP MORE BETTER!!
I need to make this soup more better got any IDEAS!!!
BEEF NOODLE SOUP
1pound. cuded beef stew meat
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
1/4 beef bouillon granules
1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
1 pich ground balck pepper
1 cup chopped carrots
5 3/4 cups water
2 1/2 egg noodles
DIRECTION:
1.in a large sauce pan over medium heat, saute the stew meat. onion and celery for 5 mins. or until the meat is browned on all saides.
2. stir in the bouillion, parsley, ground pepper,carrots egg noodles, bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 mins
makes 6 servings
