WOD

Never fails...now that I have a good method to post my WODs, I go out of town and can't find time to do them.

1/16,1/17,1/18...Didn't quite sit on my butt all day, but no real WOD.

1/19/10
5 rounds
run 200m
10 burpees (1st set 10 "real" pushups, other sets 5 of 10 on toes, others on knees)
10 2-hand bent over dumbbell rows, 8# each hand (could've handled more weight on these)
time: 20:54
The burpees are still killing me, but I can tell I'm improving a little bit.

Also, I started Whole30 yesterday!
