We had our peanut butter toast and coffee on the back patio this morning. The sun woke us up via the skylight. The cat hissed at herself in the glass door last night to my great amusement. We have a gas stove. The old basement is still full of guitars and gear. I never have to use that f'd up laundry room again.

I guess there's already a buyer lined up for this house. The house I'm sitting in with a stupid cramp in my belly and insufficient amounts of coffee. It's looking like instead of sitting at home while they bang around doing the inspection.
