In San Mateo, studio attached to a house with 2 cute dogs, big ol' private deck for me to chill on, and tons of storage nooks.

Right off 92 & 101, 5 minutes from work, I can move in after the owners get back from their honeymoon - I'M SO PUMPED!!!!

I guess I didn't get the SJ house - unless they're gonna call in the next 2 hours or so. :(

Oh well, still have the high rise and about a billion new ones to check out today.

Saw 3 apartments yesterday, 2 today, and a whopping FIVE lined up for tomorrow. One was literally a 10x10 room with a toilet installed IN that room, for the deal of a lifetime price of $1100.
