Not to mention feeling a bit grumpy and slightly depressed lately. I self-medicate with junk food and music these days, don't spend a whole lot of time on the 'net. I haven't even bothered with Mafia Wars and Vampire Wars on Facebook and barely post on my main page.

The rest of the weekend was pretty good :). On Saturday we went to Pierogi Fest in Whiting, IN. That was actually a lot of fun :D. We started out at the Traveler's Insurance kiosk to get free custom printed t-shirts with whatever was important to us. I had "my count" printed on mine and Greg had "my countess" printed on his :D. Had a really productive weekend so far.

Thursday we went on a bus tour with a bunch of Yelpers to see various sites around the City of Chicago where Hollywood movies were filmed. It would have been a bit funner had it not rained, but we still managed to have a good time...and only paid $17 for parking at the Rock n' Roll McDonald's where the bus ( Read more... )

Wow, I haven't updated in a minute :).

Well...the past couple weeks have been pretty decent. Saturday (9/15/07) we went to House Of Wah Sun for lunch, then stopped over by the Eli's Cheesecake Festival. We got there kind of late (4 pm) so most of the free samples were gone :( but we did sample an awesome pumpkin latte from the Starbucks truck. ( Read more... )

This past weekend just went by waaaaaaaaaay too fast :P. On Friday we went up to Milwaukee for the Wisconsin State Fair. It was hot and humid and waaaaaaaaaay more crowded than normal which was annoying but we still managed to have a fun time. Been keeping really busy this weekend so far :D. Yesterday we ate lunch at Wah Sun then went to the Autumn Arts and Crafts Festival at the Odeum in Villa Park.
