Well, I called in to find out my hours for work yesterday and they told me I was off instead of working 12-4, then find I had a missed call from them around 5 pm on my phone. This has been a fairly productive month :).

Started out the month with Independence Day celebrations on the 2nd July at the Balloon Fest in Lisle where we got an unexpected surprise of a performance by American English, which made up for the fact that the rest of the fest was quite lame this year :P. A couple of nights ago I made a difficult decision regarding work. I've decided to stay at 3400 Western permanently as it is a more convenient location. Is it wrong that I got slightly creeped out to hear "1,2,3,4" by the Plain White T's for the first time EVER on the loudspeaker at the Jewelz??? I don't HATE it, but it's not something I really want to hear at work and it kinda ruined my break lol :P.

I can't believe it is Thanksgiving already!!! Seems like it was just summertime a few short weeks ago and I was just getting used to my new store. Now everyone has gotten to know me or at least gotten used to me and I love it there :).
