I emailed my godmother a few days ago and she responded today. It made me happy and lingaw as we say in bisaya. It sentiments nostalgia. I'd never been close with my godmother in the past. One of those adult moments hit- where you start to yearn for a reconnection with someone from your past, be it family or old friends (that never pissed you off so a relationship is possible to re-establish).
And Tina Villar is engaged, OH MY GOD, so happy for her and jealous too! I wish I was engaged! Shit, I just wish he and I were already living together and I could post lovey dovey photos on Facebook again!
