The only thing I like about daylight saving time is that two- or three-week period in the fall where I am regularly pleasantly surprised to find that it is an hour earlier than my clock says.

I might vacuum more if I had one with an automatically retracting power cord.

My phone repair did not go well; in fact, I'm giving up in frustration. After having to purchase a special screwdriver from Radio Shack, I could not even get past the first 4 screws without stripping two of them to hell, rendering them unremovable.
