And you know what? I STILL can't pick them up. I have to make three separate trips to pick up on firing. The guy who was there when I arrived didn't even want to open it yet, but then he agreed to crack it to crash cool so I can have it later today. Then the guy who loaded came in and unloaded it with gloves, but also said I couldn't have it yet. ( Read more... )

Apart from bead colour tests (and bead production, the other goal of the firing was to test a new batch of glaze. Peacock Blue, cone 10, using British ingredients.
