Apparently, different people have different definitions of "move-in ready." We are about $6000 into renovations and repairs with quite a bit left to do. Rentals here are plentiful, though, so we took pictures and I listed the house yesterday with a May 1st availability because we wanted to get someone in as soon as it's finished.
