Just got back from my first session of yoga in around a year. Woah. I could do almost all of the moves except I kind of died doing the Warrior 1 pose on my left knee. Sweated a lot. Woke up in the morning feeling that my sore throat from yesterday moved up into my horribly blocked nose and blew it all out to see the green mucus. That's it. A sign that I needed to rest some more. I might actually have to take my first medical leave at work. O_o. I hope not. Sore throat started after lunch today and progressively got worse during one very long meeting without water.
