One nice thing about subbing is that I can wear the same outfit on Monday and Tuesday and nobody is the wiser. :)

Last night, Doug and I went to Benihana's for dinner with the Mowers and the Miesches. It's fun being one of the young marrieds. Actually, it's pretty cool that our church even HAS young marrieds. :) We all ordered the special: filet mignon and hibachi chicken for two. I was all ready to make a "oh woe is me I can't get any subbing jobs" post, but I just got one for tomorrow. 1/2 day, for a 3rd/4th split class in Bloomfield Hills.

Yay! Maybe I'll see enough money from this to buy a tank of gas. :))

There are some days, man, when I wish I could work with the kids who get it. Working with the kids that don't get middle school can be rough!

it's thursday and my life feels so much different from how it felt on monday. i've learned more this week than i learned ALL last semester!

CRAZY

So Monday I'm starting my first day of my internship and I have no idea what I'm doing. haha! I guess I won't be teaching because I don't have any lesson plans.
