We took the plunge last night and watched "Strange Magic".  This was the last movie Chris​ worked on, when he worked for LucasFilm.  You can tell that Disney doesn't care at all about it since it is only available on DVD, no Blu-Ray.  Anyway, it was, um, interesting.  Very strange to see a film where much of the dialog is sung using pop songs ( Read more... )

This is a live action reproduction of the whole "Toy Story" movie.  It just blows my mind.  And Pixar knows about it and hasn't killed it.

Ok, I admit it.  I have read all of the original Conan novels that Robert E. A trailer for "Thor" has finally been released.  And to my utter amazement, it may not suck.  Based on this, it may actually be watchable.  Yay!  I love Thor and feel it has definite potential but I have always thought that people would screw it up.  But only time will reveal if the trailer was the best thing about the movie.

We took the kids to see Toy Story 3 yesterday.  It was a great movie.  As usual, Pixar has crafted a movie that makes everyone happy.
