I've always known how crazy wotas can be, but around 10 second mark, you hear this annoying guy's voice throughout most of the video. And his shouting is HILARIOUS. If there's one thing I really love about anime is that, more often than not, the songs for the Opening and Ending sequence can be totally made of win.
