Well a friend gave me some cacao beans that had not yet been roasted so I spent Sunday doing that. The roasting was the easy part. The hard part is peeling the beans. Well I must say that my first "professional" event was interesting. The main problem was that I, for whatever reason thought that people would actually eat.
