writers_almanac is starting up again, so I figured I'd try out their Sept prompt and see if I can get started on some of this story development. The characters have last names now, hurray! Is it just me, or lately does it seem like everyone's got a 'fandom'? Fanfic writers and fandom communities are everywhere. There should be more communities to encourage the writing and development of original fiction, and the creativity that comes with making your own worlds, works, and characters.
