Not much to say.  New LO.  Thank god.  The Halloween black/orange silhouette was cute at first, but made my eyes bleed after a few minutes.  Looking at it for a week was verging on torture.

My fantasy football lost in large fashion.  Aaron Rodgers put up spectacular numbers, but since my WRs and TE didn't show up and the Pats D let Chad Henne throw for over 400 yards my doom was sealed.  Next week had best be different.

First time back at dance class went well.  Scout was negative negative negative on the way there, but she was greeted with lots of hugs from the other dancers, so all is good.  The way the classes are structured--there are four dances, two hardshoe and two soft shoe.  Each age group does one of each, alternating years (I hope I'm making sense).  ( Read more... )

...or more specifically, a Gryphon post.  I think I mentioned a few weeks ago that I was bringing him to the vet because he wasn't putting much weight on his back right foot.  I felt around the joints, and the right was swollen.  We go, he gets x-rayed, he gets lots of medicine, and oh yeah! surprise runaway ear infection.

Finished my art donation a little bit ago.  YAY!  Not quite finished--I still need to sew the sleeve for the dowel rod to the piece.  And I need to dig out my chop saw and cut the dowel to size.  I wish I had a smaller one--this is a one inch dowel and seems huge, but it is what I had in the basement.  I'll post pictures tomorrow.
