It concludes my second week of working out at the gym losing me 4 pounds/1.25% bodyfat I am a chubby dude for 4 pounds to be 1% of fat. Though Yesterday I was feeling good being as I didn't have work right before, and I upped the weights and got to stick with them throughout. That's not bad added 5lbs to my lifting in a week. Yes it has many meanings but it marks the last workout day of the first week of going to the gym :/ I am happy and feel good (you know that proverbial burn.) Also my laptop's monitor died, it's having a little short in it's system and it makes me sad.
