It concludes my second week of working out at the gym losing me 4 pounds/1.25% bodyfat I am a chubby dude for 4 pounds to be 1% of fat. Though Yesterday I was feeling good being as I didn't have work right before, and I upped the weights and got to stick with them throughout. That's not bad added 5lbs to my lifting in a week. See PSU was good for something my gym rat-ness.
