Well, this weekend we moved my mother out of her home in NH where she has been for the last 35 years. She and my step father moved there in 1987 after I graduated, as did I for a short while before returning to MA. Spooky got some visitors today. Kids next door stopped by with some toys and overloaded his senses. He played for a while and then crashed. They all got to pet him a little. I did find that he has fleas, he left some little spots on the couch where he had been sleeping that were the dried blood 'poo' of fleas. So I put a drop of the Frontline on ( Read more... )

 Another home destroyed, some odd millions down the tubes and 4 firefighters hurt today because a worker was using a propane torch to remove paint. Heat guns and torches should be illegal to use on the actual building. Take the wood off and use it, that's another story, but never use that method on the building. Tonight Himself had gymnastics. He is doing really well on hand stands and cartwheels. Somehow in the three months we took off over the winter, his coordination has improved drastically. Or maybe he grew too. Whatever the reason, he is able to hold his handstand to a count of two or three now, and is starting to walk on his hands. His cartwheels ( Read more... )
