So my FIL showed me some pictures of a little cemetery that they had stumbled upon, and it was full of old slate stones. (well, full but small). I checked it out on Findagrave, and lo and behold there were only two entries in the cemetery. So I went with camera in hand and found it, photographed the 20 or so stones, and I just finished entering them on FAG. It's really exciting (to me) to be able to really take an entire cemetery, previously not posted, and put it up. There are a few in my BIL's town, all on the same road that I want to do. I'm a sadist, I know.
The turkey is still there. There has been work going on on the street (of course) but she has hunkered down and doesn't' move. Someone else has put another jar of water near her and a pile of seed. Not sure if she's interested in either. I just hope she dissent get spooked by the well meaning, including myself.
I saw Quirkytizzy's post today about how someone stole numerous posts of hers and put them on their own blog as their own. WOW and I thought Mrs. Moose had balls for lying about stuff. That really takes the cake. Drama wise it all came to an end quickly when the plagiarist was outted. Mrs Moose would have doubtless done the same when cornered. What fakes! And really, how hard is to credit someone if you like their post? Cant share the lime light?
I should really post something substantial. Now that I finished that cemetery, maybe I'll make time.... maybe.
Ryther (I found that name in a cemetery by the way, thought that was funny) just recently realized I wrote some fan fix for Highlander. He's been re-watching the show on line. Yeah.. it's lonely here. lol
Okay, I guess that's it for the moment. Waitng for the rain storm that doesn't seem like it's going to come through. Humid as hell here now.
Oh and I saw two deer yesterday? at the cemetery. Twins it looks like. So freaking cute. And trimming the bushes too. lol
