I had crying spells all morning. I couldn't figure out why I was crying. Finally was able to stop. I couldn't sleep hardly at all last night. Got in maybe three and a half hours. I called my psychiatrist and the receptionist said he didn't have an opening before next Tuesday. I've resolved to tell him about the paranoia even if it did only happen ( Read more... )
