Weekly goals

Time to set myself some goals, to prevent regret at lack of achievement if nothing else!
  1. Watch The White Queen on iplayer (as many episodes as possible!)
  2. Go swimming at least once, but preferably twice
  3. Bake something - either scones or biscuits (potential Christmas presents - need to practise!)
  4. Do something unselfish...need some help here as I don't want to just throw some money at a charity - what can I do?
  5. Be grateful for what I do have, and not bemoan what I do not have*
  6. Spend five minutes every day not thinking
*Chiefly an engagement ring!
