Time to set myself some goals, to prevent regret at lack of achievement if nothing else!
- Watch The White Queen on iplayer (as many episodes as possible!)
- Go swimming at least once, but preferably twice
- Bake something - either scones or biscuits (potential Christmas presents - need to practise!)
- Do something unselfish...need some help here as I don't want to just throw some money at a charity - what can I do?
- Be grateful for what I do have, and not bemoan what I do not have*
- Spend five minutes every day not thinking
*Chiefly an engagement ring!
