I took the day off today and in the morning Daniel and I baked some cheesy biscuits.
Very cheesy, there was as much Stilton in them as flour.
We followed a
Nigella recipe, but they turned out more like cheesy puffs than biscuits. I suspect I didn't roll out the dough thinly enough. Possibly because I had to roll them out with a pint glass. I'm
