Today has been a better day. Nothing terrific happened, but nothing bad either. We got shit done at work and I was able to use my creativity and energy and make up new salads and dips. Barley Water

8 cups water

½ cup Barley

1-2 T honey, agave or raw sugar

Mint

Optional add ins:

Juice of two lemons

Fruit juices

Teas

Other herbs and spices

Bring water to a boil. Add in any teas herbs and sweeteners. Cook Barley until done. Turn off heat  add juices. Let cool and drink.
