Tell me something, in the history of public transit, has a bus driver ever seen someone running alongside a bus punching or slapping the side window, or hitting it with their cane or umbrella, and meekly stopped to invite the person on board? I see it happen all the time and the bus driver always drives off. So, just don't bother!

Ahh,
I think this is the last time I will have to get up at 5am for the next while.
OK, it'll still be at 5:30 for a few more days, but from then on I should be able to get up at 7:00.

Heehee, I'm in a pretty good mood today because Gordon Campbell resigned as premier of BC. Sure, I know it probably won't make any difference to my life, and some other clod will take over, but I'm going to savour this feeling as long as I can-- he was such a corrupt leader that I'm glad he resigned in disgrace with a 9% approval rating ( Read more... )

Heh, I have a recurring dream lately that I have to go back to an apartment I used to live in and clean it up for the next tenant.
