saw my dad off to toronto on thursday, which was kind of a strange experience. on the one hand we had definitely had enough of each other, but on the other hand i kind of miss him. now i'm left to my own devices.

my poor laptop has a fever. no, quite literally. there's something wrong with the cooling system (no surprise to anyone who heard the crazy rattling that came on whenever the fan kicked in) and so has been sent to the hospital (=shipped back to toshiba to be fixed). fingers crossed that ( Read more... )
