CD collection and errands.
So the roommates were going to 'run a few errands', and said that if I came with them right now, we could stop at Aaron Brothers and pick up the mats I ordered last week for my next two framing projects. I'm seriously trying to finish getting my existing backlog of (other people's) artwork framed and hung, if only for protection purposes. This may mean taking down the Utena wallscroll in the back room: oh, well.
Unfortunately, as is always the case, 'a few errands' turned into 'three hours outside the house'. I got my mats, we had lunch, X. had banking-fun, and then we went to Tower Records, where S. spent an hour wandering up and down the DVD racks looking at things he had no real intention of buying. Whatever floats your boat, I suppose.
I have my mats, and can now frame two of my four remaining pieces of artwork; I also have a new two hundred and twenty-disc CD rack. Hopefully, this means I'll be able to get a few more of the giant stacks of CDs actually put away and sorted, rather than just having them scattered around the house.
We shall see.
