I was goofing at work here looking over my old pictures on flickr and what did I find?
Way back when in 2004 I was at Khajuraho. I'd gotten up before the sun
(I'm dawn photo patrol type) and took a pedal rick to the temples
determined to be the first one into the site.
But there next to me at the gates was a film crew.

One of the things that really tripped me out when I went
to North India the first time was seeing all of the wild bee hives
hanging in the most random places.
When we think of wild bees, or any bees here in the States
its like instant fear. We call the exterminator.
In North India it seems wild bee hives
are just another part of the scenery?

When on the way from Chanderi
back to Delhi we stopped in Jhansi
for the day.
There is this grand old movie house
in a total state of decay.
The Elite movie theater,
I stopped there before in 2004.
Its a classic place to photograph
(and we took about 300)
This is 50mm shooting away
in part of the projection booth.

I can't wait for the friggin' weekend...
