There is some sort of virus in my body. I feel it is bouncing around, trying to find a vulnerability, but meeting with resistance. So all the weird pains and weakness occurring in my body, primarilly the right side, come from this same virus ( Read more... )

This morning woke at 3:30 to gunk in my throat. I tried to sleep through it but woke at 5:15 a.m. After I fed the cats I made a glass of emergen-c, drank it, then went back to sleep on top of the mattress, sheets and cover wearing my robe and slippers ( Read more... )

Drank two servings of Emergen-C yesterday. Feel much better this morning!
