There is some sort of virus in my body. I feel it is bouncing around, trying to find a vulnerability, but meeting with resistance. So all the weird pains and weakness occurring in my body, primarilly the right side, come from this same virus.
That is my belief, anyway.
The current symptom is post-nasal drip causing "Catarrh." I really hate when this happens. I try to clear out my throat of accumulated mucous and then it feels like part of my throat disconnects. I think this is described by others as a "feeling of lumpyness, something stuck, at the back of the tongue."
If this were chronic (continues for months) one recommendation is a "Uvulectomy" which removes part of the uvula, that supposedly useless piece of muscle hanging from the top wall of the throat. Such a procedure might also help reduce snoring.
My hope is that if I drink more water and generally take care of myself, this will pass (as it usually does). Yet, it is not fun.
I took some Emergen-C this morning before drinking coffee.
