In the four months we've had her, Alice has never once thumped (she is both spunky and fearless). Once again, wise bunny owners, I come to you for advice. I have never, ever heard my bun thump. Not even once. Since I got home about an hour ago she has been thumping away. It's finally warmed up enough that I thought it would be ok to put my outdoor bun in her hutch/run on the patio. However, I just spotted a loose cat sneaking up to the run (while she was in her hutch). I suspect it was just curious, but poor Patch did not like it and thumped like mad. This is my first bunny that thumps.
At first i couldnt figure out what is making that noise at night.
But then i saw him thump when he got frightened by my hubby one time.
Altho at night i dont think anything frightens him coz he is in his cage.

so what do we do when our bunnies thump?
