In the absence of our dearly departed Doctor, it will not be Ardent in charge of the library, but I. Randal. As second in command of the library under blondie, I am hereby declaring myself Acting Supervisor of the Library.
Don't worry. I've had experience.
I am instating new rules to be instituted as of today:
First, as Acting Supervisor of the Library, I will need slaves volunteers to perform the duties of shelving books, manning the desk, and cataloging.
Second, you must apply for a membership library card. If you don't apply for a library card, you can't check out books.
Third, a penalty fee will be in effect for late returns.
Fourth, if books are damaged in any way, the library staff insulted or otherwise harassed, or the library privileges otherwise abused, you lose your membership library card for a period to be determined by myself.
I accept these responsibilities with the respect and dignity they deserve and will fulfill my duties competently and blah blah blah.
Someone swear me in!
