Ali's 8th tooth is coming in, I think, slowly as always (at least it seems that way to me). To celebrate the occasion, and to mark the fact that she's a real toddler, she decided to throw a real temper tantrum when she woke up, with kicking, screaming, and refusing to calm down no matter what. Lasted about a half-hour. She finally grabbed her Vasya

Went to Parlee Farms in Tyngsboro - not 10 minutes from us, as it turns out. They have blueberry and raspberry picking, PYO flowers, a farmstand and a petting zoo with a goat hoist. Very cool, and the blueberries are half as cheap as Costco, with pretty minimal effort for large ripe berries (plus all you can eat...). That's where ours will be from

The plan was to leave early Saturday morning, when Ali wakes up to eat, but before she is up for the day. This is typically 5-7AM, closer to 5 most often. Of course, it was past 7 this time. This gave us time to figure out that bloguser is running a fever, low-grade but rising. We all decided he should stay home and recuperate with virtually no worries.

went pretty well. Ali's infection has pretty much cleared up (antibiotics till Thursday morning, though) and the doc said her intestinal flora should reestablish itself quickly after the antibiotic course. We'll give her till the end of that weekend before we try to do something about it. Otherwise, everything normal, nothing out of the ordinary,

Ali has been having an exciting week. Or maybe my week has been exciting watching her.
Over the weekend she started really crawling. She then cruised about a foot and a half on Monday morning. She got to squish her toes in some lake mud. She also skinny-dipped with a man (ok, he's angerona's baby, he's 19 months, but still) later that evening. Yesterday

The official word has come down from abovebelow: Ali is now crawling properly, on hands and knees, moving her limbs in coordination with each other. Happened at aite's house last night.
