"No orders sought or made. Judge spoke to child and made her 'promise' not to run away again."

On returning to chambers, I received an email saying the child ran away when the social worker took her to a shop for some snacks.

All well at chambers. M keeps giving me written work to do, which is good, as I need the practice and the exposure to the nitty gritty of the Immigration Rules and associated legislation.
